All necessary FaceGen data would need to be properly exported, to avoid the "gray face" bug / glitch. The MA would have to either require KS Hairdos Full (almost 1 GB) or KS Hairdos Lite (assuming all 12 male / 12 female styles are covered by that mod), or seek permission from the nexus MA Kalilies to include 12 male / 12 female styles in the new, standalone mod. What you are requesting would require a MA to manually edit every single vanilla NPC in the game (male and female) and then assign each NPC a specific male or female hairstyle (depending upon gender) from the list of 12 male / 12 female hairstyles.
I don't like the "divine" mods I'm not looking for vanilla plus. Superior hair and aof hair are able to replace all vanilla hairs. Said: Take 12 female and 12 male hair designs from ks hairs and replace all vanilla hair on all npcs with those hairs.
